Easy booking with Hire-n-Go

How to book:

E-mail or call Tracey on 07980 964753 or 01302 772989 for accurate availability and to state any special requirements. Tracey or one of the hire agents will call you back to confirm the availability of the motorhome, cost of the hire and answer any other questions you have.

If you wish to confirm the booking at that point we shall ask you for a non-refundable deposit of £250 which can be paid by card over the phone or by cheque. The booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. See our Privacy Statement for our policy on card payment personal information.

Pre-Authorisation: At a later stage and prior to the hire a credit card pre-authorisation will be taken, this is to cover the insurance excess. Payment will only be taken from the pre-authorisation in event of a full insurance claim when it will become the insurance excess, a dispute when a fine is received or for minor accidental breakages and lost items.

What will the hirer pay for:

You will be asked to pay for; the vehicle hire, all minimal cost hire items, (you can always use your own and save even more), any diesel that you use, delivery costs (if applicable) and your own spends on food, sites, attractions, travel insurance (just in case!), shows etc.

Hire-n-Go will pay for:

The costs of insurance (except the European Premium, high risk job and high risk driver), vehicle recovery if needed, unlimited mileage and the initial tank of Calor propane gas.

No cost items:

We operate a price list that is beneficial to you. It has a balanced price structure that gives you savings when other companies are charging peak rates. Minimum hire is 3 nights at all times unless stated.
