We're a small independent motorhome hire company located on the perimeter of Robin Hood Airport, Doncaster. We've got over 23 years experience of touring most of Europe and some of Northern America so we trade on our experience! We offer advice on cold weather touring and those perfect holiday tours when the sun is out! Wherever and whenever we will ensure that the vehicle is legally compliant for the country and expected conditions that you are travelling to. We hire only recent model winterized motorhomes that are fully serviced and maintained to the highest standards with all the compliance checks carried out on time by professional tradesmen.
Our Motorhomes can be driven by 25 to 70 year old adults with a UK Category B Licence and 2 years experience. For full details please take the time to read our Terms and Conditions.
Another side to our business is providing on site accommodation and transport to site for other businesses exhibiting at trade shows, selling at rock concerts, antique fayres and staff or competitors at sports events. We offer discounts for Members of the Chamber and for longer business hires.
We hold our own insurances of all types and can offer a service that only few companies can match. We accept cards and cheque payments in our on line store as we're bona fide Paypal Merchant Account holders. Your card is not processed on our server but on the secure servers of Paypal in accordance with the strict PCI Data Security Standards. We do not see your banking details for on line transactions.

We also sell a limited range of travel related items in our website store. Goods can be collected for free or posted at the rates specified.

Payment by telephone, fax or e-mail:
When payments are taken over the telephone all financial details are destroyed once the transaction has been processed. We do not collect or hold any are financial details of our customers.

Transfer
With respect to security the servers of our website host use industry standard encryption technologies, when transferring and receiving data from visitors to our website. This also applies to PayPal who process our on line payments.

Data
With respect to sensitive information, for example when using the on line payment facility in the store, we will redirect the user to a secure page on a PayPal secured server before transferring or receiving sensitive data. This sensitive data may include credit card or banking information to which we have no access. Vehicle Hire Retained Data
Vehicle hire is the only transaction that requires the retention of any personal data. No financial data is retained. The Motor Rental Agreement (MRA) contains personal details including: Name, address and some extracts from your driving licence. The (MRA) is retained for 7 years as part of the legal obligation placed upon us by the Motor Vehicles (Compulsory Insurance) (Information Centre and Compensation Body) Regulations 2003. If requested the stored data has to be provided to law enforcement authorities through the Motor Insurance Bureau, the organisation responsible for the Motor Insurance Database (MID).
You will be pleased to know that our motorhomes are on the MID and are therefore not added to the Police stop list each time that you pass one of the many Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) cameras. This prevents potential inconvenience and embarrassment to you, our hirers!

We know that when you make your purchase you will want it as quickly as possible! Therefore displayed with each item in the store there is a full description of postal costs. The costs are determined by weight and how fast you want it.
Standard and
Special Delivery
Items weighing less than 1000 grammes will be posted the same day or for the first post the next morning using Royal Mail packets. Each item in the shop will have the exact price for P&P displayed next to it as well as the optional cost of the First Class Service.
Bulky and
Heavy Items
Bulky items and items weighing above 1000 grammes will be delivered by courier service. Before the item is listed in the store the exact cost of courier delivery will be determined and displayed accordingly. We use a door to door delivery service that offers immediate on line tracking. You can see their Terms and Conditions on their website www.Parcel2Go.com. You can expect the package in no more than 3 working days, and tracked all the way.
Our Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy for on line ordered goods
All goods sold through our online store are carefully inspected before being transported.
Damaged in
Transit
Please report goods damaged in transit by e-mail as soon as possible after receipt. We will then contact you and will try to supply an identical replacement once the damaged item has been returned to us. Return costs for postage and insurance must be borne by the purchaser; the shipping cost of the replacement item will be met by us.
Refund
In the event that you are unsatisfied with the merchandise or have accidentally ordered the wrong item and have notified us via e-mail we will refund the cost of purchase, less delivery costs if the item is returned within 14 days in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Refund will be to your credit card or by cheque, depending on the method used to purchase. Please remember that return costs for postage and insurance must be borne by the purchaser.
Cancellation
In the event that you change your mind before the item is dispatched your card will be refunded in full less a 10% admin and finance cost, minimum £1.00. If the item has been dispatched then the Refund Process will be followed.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.
